Owing to the fragile nature of glass, our items are well packaged.

We use a number of different carriers for our goods. Most of the smaller items will arrive via one of the national carriers. If you have any queries relating to the delivery of your order you can email us at customerservices@bakkercms.com
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver within 4-6 working days in the UK, 10 days in Europe and 15 days to USA. We use a number of different carriers for our goods so actual delivery time will be dependent upon the service you choose. Most of the smaller items will arrive via one of the national carriers. If you have any queries relating to the delivery of your order you can email us at sales@bakkercms.com
Special Delivery Instructions
Please include special delivery instructions if you are unlikely to be at the delivery address to sign for the item (such as 'leave in garage' or 'leave with neighbour at no 19'). If no special delivery instructions are given and no one is at the address the item will not be delivered (and an additional delivery charge may be levied).
Delivery Charges
The actual delivery cost of your order is calculated at the point of sale based on the weight of the order and the destination. Normally, you will be given more than one option at checkout.
United Kingdom Delivery - We offer Economy, First Class Recorded, Standard Parcels or by Special Delivery depending on combination of items. The delivery may require a signature, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Order. We will either use Royal Mail or Courier for our Special Delivery depending on the individual shipment.

Returns Policy
If you need to return a product purchased from Bakker Ltd. then you have 14 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. We are unable to refund postage costs.
Damaged Goods
Please check your item upon delivery to ensure that it is the correct item and has been delivered without damage. If you receive the wrong product or a damage product please hand back to the delivery driver for return to us. Thank you.
