Belle-Vue Brewery is a Brussels based brewery founded in 1913 by Philémon Vandenstock. It is now owned by Anheuser–Busch InBev. It produces Belgian lambic. Kriek (pronounced 'creek') is a style of Belgian beer made by fermenting lambic with sour cherries. The name is derived from the Flemish word "kriek" for this type of cherry. Kriek and the related Framboise have been called the "pink champagnes of the beer world."
