Hoegaarden

Hoegaarden Brewery is a brewery in Hoegaarden, Belgium, and the producer of a renowned wheat beer. The beer is named after the village in which it was first brewed, a small town in the wheat-growing Brabant farmlands close to Leuven. With origins that date back to 1445, it is generally regarded as the original classic of its style. It's great taste comes from the special ingredients added while being brewed. These include wheat, coriander and curacao orange peels. The cloudy appearance when poured is a result of a second fermenation that occurs in the bottle.
